Protein chickpea salad

I could honestly eat this every day and never get sick of it.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 can of chickpeas 
- lettuce (any kind) 
- cherry tomatoes 
- parsley 
- cottage cheese 
- nigella seeds 
- sunflower seeds 
- chia seeds 
- olive oil 
- salt 
- pepper 
- chili flakes 
INSTRUCTIONS
Chickpeas
- Drain your chickpeas and wash them. 
- In a skillet/ pan, heat some (olive) oil*. Add your drained chickpeas and roast until it turns a bit brown 
- Season with salt, pepper and chili flakes. I'm using Turkish chili flakes, but feel free to add whichever chili flake you like 
- Finely chop your parsley and add them to the chickpeas 
Salad
- Add your lettuce to a bowl 
- Add your cherry tomatoes (you can cut them in half, but don't have to) 
- Add your chickpeas and a spoonful of cottage cheese (or more) 
- Now add the nigella, sunflower and chia seeds. Add about 1/2 tablespoon each 
- Season to taste and finish off with olive oil

*you can substitute the olive oil with any cooking oil you like
